Having grown up near the Lake Michigan Shoreline, I had plenty of exposure to lighthouses.

Being from Holland, Michigan, it is no surprise that my favorite lighthouse is the Holland Harbor Lighthouse also known as "Bi Red " due to its size and color. It is also where my current wife and I had our first date in 2011.

My second favorite is just up the coast in Grand Haven. It was here my first wife and I fell in love with each other in 1997.
